Job Title: Site Director/Principal
Location: Chisholm Trail Technology Center – Omega
Position Type: Full-Time, 12-month

Reports To: Superintendent
 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree
• Oklahoma State Department of Education Secondary Principal’s Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years educational administration experience in public school or CareerTech environment preferred but not required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a school climate that is safe, orderly, secure, and positive for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors that supports the mission, vision, values, and goals of the district.
• Responsible for overall direction, supervision, coordination, and evaluation of assigned certified instructors, administrative assistants, instructional and technical assistants, and/or support staff
• Provide leadership to support a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth and development of staff, and development of programs and services that support student achievement and learning.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of quality employees to support the needs of full-time programs and student services.
• Submit all reports as required by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technical Education, Oklahoma State Department of Education, Chisholm Trail Technology Center, and other agencies when necessary.
• Perform all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Board of Education policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Superintendent
