Otha Grimes Scholarship

This scholarship is administered by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) Foundation and offered to adult students who show a financial hardship. Scholarships are to be used for expenses that directly relate to a student attending a technology center class. Award amounts are determined by the ODCTE. Application available at :

Pioneer Telephone Cooperative Technology Center Scholarship

Pioneer Telephone Cooperative selects up to thirteen qualified applicants per year. The scholarship shall cover the cost of tuition and fees for up to $500 per semester. Physician’s Manpower is a nursing student scholarship/loan assistance program that is forgiven/repaid by a work obligation. Applications must be made by June 30th at www.pmtc.ok.gov/nsap.htm.

Steward-Newkirk Trust

This is designed for area student seeking education and training in specialized careers. Applications are submitted to the Steward-Newkirk Trust Committee by the financial aid officer. The amount of financial assistance is determined by the Trust Committee. For more information and an application, visit with the financial aid officer.

13th Year Scholarship

The purpose of the 13th year tuition waiver is to provide assistance with tuition for in-district students who graduate from a high school in the CTTC school district. Eligible graduates have one (1) year following the date of their high school graduation to make the application. For more information and an application, visit with the financial aid officer.
